The Zero Boundary Wall system is a quality solution that meets design requirements with speed, efficiency and minimised construction risk. The system is a space-saving way of building several homes ‘side by side’ and ensures ease to achieve National Construction Code compliance for weather tightness and thermal, fire and acoustic performance requirements.
Party Walls
Continuous & Discontinuous Intertenancy Party Walls are used in low rise multi-residential framed construction, installed vertically and secured to the structural loadbearing framing. Continuous Intertenancy Wall Systems is secured to the framing with horizontal steel Top Hats. While Discontinuous Intertenancy Wall Systems utilise an aluminium bracket system.

Fire rated flooring to both timber and steel framings are effective in providing a fire barrier between multi-level residential properties. Fire resistant and non-combustible, the flooring systems have been tested by the CSIRO and proven to exceed Fire Resistance Levels (FRLs), as well as surpassing the requirements for all six Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) categories.

TIMBER PARTICLE BOARD flooring
Yellow Tongue, Red Tongue
Particle Board Flooring is a flexible and cost-effective choice when building permanent or temporary flooring. The three-layered particleboard is boned with moisture resistant resin and wax, specifically formulated for interior flooring. We offer Yellow Tongue (19mm) for use with floor joist spaced at 450mm and Red Tongues (22mm) for joist centered up to 600mm. We can supply and install timber flooring of all sizes to best suit your job requirements.
HEBEL CSR POWER FLOOR
HEBEL Power Floor
Power Floor is energy efficient, eco-friendly and quick to install, with its use of 75mm steel reinforced AAC panels. The flooring system can be laid onto either timber or steel joist, providing an excellent base for just about any floor covering. With exceptional acoustic performance and thermal insulation properties, housing is kept cool in the summer and warm in the winter, while reducing noise transference between rooms within the house.

Cemintel Constructafloor
The advanced lightweight fibre cement structural flooring product allows quick installation, as no countersinking is required. Versatile and durable, Constructafloor is suited for all wet areas with a 57mm set down from a Hebel Power Floor, perfect for bedding up tiles for a seamless no step transition while allowing floor falls to wastes. Each panel has a tongue and groove joint, which reduces membrane cracking and provides stability between joists.
